Hospital says Brooks gift came with no obligation

CLAREMORE, Oklahoma

(AP) The counsel for an

sanatorium that supposed a half-million-dollar present from Garth Brooks in 2005 says a nation thespian knew when he done a concession that it came with no strings attached.

Brooks is suing to get his income back, claiming a
