3Good Product, Terrible Warranty Service

By M. Ber.

I systematic and perceived this object in Apr of 2010 and entirely enjoyed it. It is effectively leak-proof and kept my coffee prohibited for hours. However, after 2-3 weeks of use a rubber bottom come off. This issue, we thought, would be of no effect however, as one reason we purchased this transport mop was a lifetime warranty.

I'm unhappy to contend that we have found this [warranty] aspect of a mop wanting: we returned a transport mop to Thermos in May and as of Aug 17th am still though my replacement. One month after returning a mop Thermos mailed me a opposite transport mop with a handle. This did not seem like most of an issue, though we paid some-more to get this transport tumbler and my ideal use of a mug, with a ability to splash from any aspect on a lid, creates carrying a vast hoop a pain. we was afterwards forced to lapse this mop as well, and we did so some-more than one month ago. My final emanate came today, as we gathering to run an errand and was reminded that we still have no means to move my coffee with me. we called to check a standing of my lapse usually to find that Thermos available a receipt of my final mug, though have inexplicably selected not to to send me a scold one until, apparently, we call. So again we repeat this process, hopefully with a opposite outcome.

4Great, though complicated and bulky

By Ahania

This is a great-looking transport tumbler. It is spill-proof, that means we can put it in a bag. Also, a caribiner shave allows we to hang it from a backpack. Like a Nissan bottle we keep on my table during work, this baby keeps things cold for hours and hours (and it roughly keeps my coffee too hot!).

The other reviewer is right: I've never met a crater hilt that would reason this massive thing. And be warned that this is heavy. That means it's tough and can take a beating, though it also means that if your other things is sincerely light and we have this unresolved off your bag, we will really feel it. Be clever not to hit someone on a conduct with this if travelling by bus, subway, or train!

5Thermos is a best!

By S. A. Wolff

I have 3 Thermos code bottles and rarely suggest any one. we creatively bought a 18 oz. hydration bottle to use as a "green" H2O bottle. we can fill it with ice cubes and H2O and still have ice in it 8 hours later. It is easy to purify with a bottle consume and easy to lift around. we didn't get a one with a carabiner, though if we buy another one we will. Next we bought a 16 oz mop with a hoop and carabiner. we like that mug, though a rubber hold on a hoop started to trip off all a time. Eventually we mislaid a hold somewhere. we contacted Thermos to see if they could send me a new hold and they sensitive me their products have a lifetime warranty. All we had to do was boat them a mop and they, in turn, shipped me a code new mug. Sweet! Next we bought one of these 18 oz Tumblers and this is what we use for my coffee each day. we cite this one now to a mop with a handle. That's only a personal welfare as all a Thermos products do what they are ostensible to do: keep prohibited things prohibited and cold things cold. My co-workers and friends consider this tumbler has been surgically trustworthy to my palm since we am always carrying it (I splash a LOT of coffee :) When we am not indeed holding a tumbler, we can simply insert it to my bag or belt loop with a carabiner. Yes, a tumbler, mug, and H2O bottle are a bit heavy, though their ruggedness creates it value it. The mouth of a tumbler is too tiny for a incomparable spoon, though if we wish to supplement anything to my coffee (Irish cream in a evenings), we only flow it in, turn a tip closed, and stone a tumbler behind and onward a few times to mix. Easy.

The bottom line is this: Thermos creates good products that they behind adult with a lifetime warranty. we won't buy anything else.
