Stunning Speed/Excellent Resolution For A BIG Laptop

I'd purchased this to reinstate a $350 Toshiba POS laptop (lol) for my 17 year aged daughter. When we perceived it...we were both tender during how skinny it was for a vast laptop (over 17"). As an ex-IT admin...I can simply contend a many critical thing to demeanour for in a laptop is a RAM, that will establish how quick (or slow) your computing knowledge will be. The tough expostulate distance isn't too critical with a vast HD sizes now available. Trust me when we contend that if even if you're a complicated downloader/internet user...it'll be a LONG time before we come tighten to regulating adult 640KB of HD space. That's over a half a TB...which is a LOT of space! Let me mangle it down into pros/cons:
PROS:
Incredibly quick start. The "welcome screen" pops adult with really minimal delay...even after a reboot.
Excellent arrangement clarity - I'd rate it homogeneous to many HDTV's.
Very quick downloading/use of internet
Style wise, it looks considerable & has a record to match
Minimal "crapware"
Boasts 6GB RAM for a really reasonable price
CONS:
Makes Mom's 1 year old, 15" HP laptop demeanour like a indolent netbook (not that I'm jealous...lol).
All in all, for $529, this is an extraordinary deal!

Everything we was looking for

I purchased a HP g7-1310us (17.3-Inch Screen) Laptop and it was delivered within 2 days. we especially use it for work and it has all a facilities we was looking for. The guard is huge, that we love. The keyboard is big. Resolution for camera is awesome. It's really quick and we can't wait to use it everyday. It's lead tone and slim. Fabulous !

Excellent upgrade!

OK, so to supplement some viewpoint to this we will contend that we upgraded from a 4 year aged underpowered Dell laptop with hardly a gig of RAM so any ascent would be a good one for me. That being said, we am still really tender with my initial knowledge with this product. we got it for what we cruise to be a really reasonable cost - underneath $550 and reduction than it would have cost approach from HP, even with their promotions and dicounts. The 640gb tough expostulate is outrageous for a comparatively 'normal' user like me; we have a digital print album, about 500-600 songs and a few videos saved so storage is not expected to be an emanate for me. It comes with 6gb of RAM so a opening is flattering rapid (for me, it's lightning quick compared to my aged Dell though that is substantially not a box for many others). Set adult was a zephyr and it worked uniformly right out of a box. My usually emanate is that we had some comparison program that is no longer concordant with Windows 7 though that's not an HP emanate and it's a teenager indicate regardless.
So, I've usually had it for about 5 days though so distant it's great. As we pronounced a shade looks good - adore a 17" distance that will come in accessible when we tide cinema from Amazon. The responsiveness and foot adult times are really good so far. The other startling thing, pleasantly, is how light it is for it's size. I'm not observant we would lift it around with me everywhere though if/when we do need to pierce it around we can tell that it won't be really most of a burden.
So all in all really confident with this ascent and would positively suggest this for any normal uses like ubiquitous web browsing. Not certain what critical gamers would consider - we suppose this isn't targeted during them anyway - though we do play an online golf diversion with flattering good graphics and it performs really well. Hope my initial impressions are useful to someone else.
