Great roller, good price

I'm no consultant on froth rolling (having usually recently listened about it) though my chiropractor endorsed it when we asked him about it. we don't have IT rope problems though am always looking for useful (and inexpensive) techniques to boost my coherence and raise my P90X training regimen. My chiropractor loaned me one of his while we waited a week for this one to arrive (for that he says he paid some-more than twice a cost of this product) and overtly we like this one utterly a bit improved than his some-more costly one. His seemed too tough for me privately though this one, while it's plain and binds a figure perfectly, seems to have only a right volume of give to make regulating it most some-more bearable. It unequivocally does seem to work - we feel good & lax and loose afterwards, and it helps soothe low behind tragedy in between my chiropractic adjustments. Excellent product, good price, rarely recommended. (And we checked prices on Exertools' web site and Amazon is really a improved value.)

its hollow!!!

Its not vale in a picture, a not vale in a description, though a center ~2 inches of my froth drum is hollow.
It deforms underneath my weight.

Perfect trust & length

This is a ideal froth roller. we suggest this over a shorter ones, we can do a lot some-more with it & we don't need to adjust your position like we do a ones half this size.
